1. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, since the brand kept growing, we added different warehouses in distributed locations so we can handle worldwide shipping.
2. How long are the shipping times?
If you're in the US or UK, normally shipping takes only 2-5 business days. If you're shipping from our main warehouse to countries overseas, please allow for delivery times from 10 to 25 Business days.
However, we also manage Express deliveries for a little extra cost.
3. When will my order be shipped?
We fulfill orders and ship them 1-2 business days after the payment.
4. My order has not arrived yet.

5. How secure is my payment?
We use Paypal checkouts since is one of the safest payment gateways available today. Your are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information will not be stored on our servers.
6. How do I change or cancel my order?
We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message with in the first 24 hours after your payment and we can change it.
7. Why do my order arrived but in two different packages/days?
Our warehouses are located in different locations with the purpose to reach more people and being able to deliver worldwide shipping, so some products may arrive before the other. Don't worry, it will be delivered within a few days.
8. My order arrived but it is damaged
That happens really rarely but in that case, send us an e-mail at sleep.evolution.mail@gmail.com and we will send you another one totally free!
